Of course you can clear but for that your basics should be strong. Go for practice papers and learn tricks to solve questions in the minimum time because speed is one of the prime factor in the entrance examinations

As BITS doesnt focus merely on CAT percentile but sees the overall profile and SOP for shortlisting so to be on a safe side a CAT percentile above 80% will be fine.
