Both BITS Piani, Goa and Hyderabad campuses are excellent for doing engineering.

Both options of BITS Hyderabad BTech CS and IIST BTech Aerospace are equally excellent options. You can chose any based on your interest to excel. (Lot of student do CS but rare prefer Aerospace. Why do not you try to be different? ).
