BITS Pilani is a preferred destination for many companies to recruit from. The college's programs are designed to provide students with a balanced education that includes both theory and practical knowledge. Students are also encouraged to participate in extracurricular activities to develop soft skills and well-rounded personalities.Placement - On campus placements and pre placement offers are the two modes on can get placed at Bits Pilani. On campus placements are highly competitive and stress driven as a lot of good tier 1, 2 companies come and the packages provided by them is also very good. Since it's highly competitive the entire season is for one whole semester and each student is allowed to choose in which semester they want to sit for placement and in which sem they want to opt for Intern in which PPO is given to majorly student.The highest salary package offered is about 60 LPA, the average salary package offered is 30 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 15 LPA - 20 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Google, Amazon, and Facebook. The college has 100% placement record. The role offered in our course is software engineer.

Hi.The BITS Pilani's Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) MBA is generally considered to be valued and respected in the industry. BITS Pilani in India, famous for its excellent education and high academic standards, is a fine institution with proven reputations across the country.BITS Pilani imparts is amply reflected in the placement offers that the students have been receiving year after year. The students at DoM, BITS Pilani appear for final placements during their third semester (between October to December), this is the time period between which most of the students generally get placed. In the fourth semester, the students are required to take-up a structured and an evaluative internship for a period of 6 months as part of the Practice school (PS). During this time, the students work on real-time projects in domains of their interest. Usually, the students who are placed before December essentially undergo their Practice School in the companies that they are selected in.However, the Practice School Division (PSD) of the institute allots PS stations to rest of the students who often get Placement Offers (POs) upon the completion of the Practice School (PS). Some of major recruiters have been- Idea, JP Morgan Chase, Oracle, Aditya Birla Group (IT), Airtel, P & G, J & J, Credit Suisse, Capgemini, Genpact, HSBC, Cognizant, NBC bearings, Lindstrom, imshealth, HILTI, TCS, Sprinklr, Ernst & Young, Futures First, Indiamart and so on.Thanks
