Admissions to Birla Institute of Science and Technology on the admission test conducted by the institute and is not based on the marks or percentile score in JEE Mains. Due to this your performance and efforts in JEE mains have actually no relevance as far as admissions to BITS Pilani is concerned. I am afraid that you will not get admission based on this, in BITS Pilani. However, if you appeared for BITSAT then you are in for admission.

I'll prefer you to opt for the IIT, Hyderabad or DTU as these are the best college from all the colleges that you have mentioned above in terms of placements, infra and faculty. You should opt for the CSE in whichever college you are getting that.
