Excellence in academics and high opportunities for exchange programme with foreign countries
Placements: The college has great job opportunities and placements for students. The highest package offered is 15 LPA, while the lowest package was 5.5 LPA. Some of my friends also secured internships in their respective sectors. Top roles include botanists and researchers. The top companies are Mankind Research Centre and Urban Systems. Almost 80% of the students in my class received internship offers. Overall, the placement experience is satisfying.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent, with a lush green campus, small cafeterias, and two large playgrounds for cricket, football, badminton, and basketball. All classrooms are equipped with smart boards, projectors, and Wi-Fi. Central libraries in every block remain open till 10 PM, housing books for our syllabus and competitive exams. The university offers exchange programs with foreign countries. Hostels for boys and girls are available, and each has a gym.
Faculty: The faculty is outstanding, with 80% of the teachers having completed Ph.D.s in various fields. Semester exams are moderate, and if you study two days before, you can easily pass. The passing percentage is above 80%. After each unit, PDFs and PPTs are provided. Teachers also guide us through important questions from the textbooks.
Other: I chose this course due to my interest, and there are fests every third week of the month, making it a lot of fun.

Chandigarh University is the best.
Placements: Around 66 percent of students are placed in good companies in my course. The highest package is 9 LPA, the lowest package was 4 LPA, and the average package was around 5.7 LPA. Students get internships from the campus, and the selection companies are highly recommended, such as Tata Institute and Tata Hospital. Nearly 90+ companies visited our college. The maximum number of students got internships in different MNCs. Placement is still ongoing, so overall placements are quite impressive.
Infrastructure: The college is very great in terms of infrastructure. The labs are good, and all the equipment is updated. The canteen is very good and pleasant. Even the lab assistants are always available in the labs. The sports meet is organized every year. There is also a hostel available. I suggest you live in the hostel; it would be a great idea. It has 2-seater, 3-seater, 4-seater, and 5-seater rooms. Facilities are at a decent level in our college. There are also many libraries; every block has its own library with more books and space.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and supportive to students. They are highly qualified, and most of them have done their Masters. The maximum number of teachers have more than 10 years of experience. Exams are not that hard; you can easily pass if you study with focus. Exams, mock tests, and good material help students to clear exams. The study material provided by teachers is sufficient to score good marks in exams, and the passing percentage is based on the CGPA system.
Other: In the first semester, I received a scholarship. The activities organized by CU clubs are highly beneficial; these activities provide opportunities to learn something new. They can also improve the quality of teachers in some areas.
