An engineering-focused four-year BTech programme is available at Chandigarh University. The institution provides BE/BTech programmes in 21 different specialisations. All BTech admissions at Chandigarh University are determined only by entrance. Students at CU have the opportunity to choose from a broad range of BTech specialisations, many of which are offered in collaboration with IBM and TCS. For BTech admission, Chandigarh University administers the CUCET, a university-level entrance exam. Twelve-year-old students may apply for CUCET. JEE Main results are also accepted by CU for scholarship consideration. The admission office at CU must clarify whether or not the JEE Main exam is taken into account for admission, as the official website does not make this clear.
