I did MBA from LPU but I have few friends who has completed B.Arch from LPU itself. I would like to discuss few points which will help you to take decision. One of my friend told me students documented the buildings and learning from Live Case Examples during experiential learning week. Students paying the regular site visits and gaining their knowledge on the latest construction techniques and implement into their design projects. Students are taken to educational tours to complement in-class learning. B.Arch and Diploma students gained an exciting learning experience through Tool House Workshop in Mumbai and, a guided trip to Sanchi Stupa in Madhya Pradesh. LPU students B.Arch got placed with a package of INR 4.5 Lacs annually in Total Environment, Bangalore an Indian architect-led real estate and design company known for sensitively designed homes, microbrewery and jazz theatre. Some of them are working as an Architect in Design Forum International, Delhi. The firm is known for various projects like Select Citywalk, Delhi and Solar Tower, South Africa. The firm has won various awards for its projects. Completed their internships from Spain, Germany, Dubai and London. I would say, Lovely professional University is one of the most prestigious universities in India. It offers 200+ programs and courses at Diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. LPU is popular for its excellence in teaching and the infrastructure facilities the university possesses. I did post graduation from this University and I have few friends who has done BCA and currently they are working with MNCs with decent package. One of my friend told me that In BCA you will learn about some interesting subjects like Mathematics, Computer Programming, Computer Networking, Database Management Systems and, Software Engineering. Besides the core compulsory subjects, students can choose from a wide variety of subjects as their pathway elective or minor elective. The curriculum is revised occasionally to keep students up-to-date and industry ready. They give a very good amount of training before you go into campus placements. Don't miss out on that as in the end, all we need is a decent place with good exposure. Industry certifications, MOOCs, Hackathons, Workshops, Guest lectures, Educational Trips, Live projects, Incubation projects, Community projects, are an integral part of the curriculum. You'll get many opportunities like coding events, hackathons and a lot more in LPU so that you can improve your skills, You will be able to achieve various certifications, which help you in getting better placements. LPU provides Separate laboratories for all the domains: Programming Lab, Networking Lab, Systems and Architecture Lab, Databases Lab, Software Engineering Lab. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA to 4 LPA. The highest salary package offered is between 9 LPA to 11 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Infosys, TCS and many other companies visit our campus for placements. But this is BCA that's why a lot of students think to do MCA from foreign universities. Well I can't say about Chandigarh University, I would like to discuss about Lovely Professional University. The Mechanical Engineering department had the most ideal study environment since I have two friends from that stream. The labs and workspace at LPU School of Mechanical Engineering, was fully equipped with all the necessary machinery that was required for wholesome learning. I am going to share few facts which I know about mechanical department:-
