You can get directly admission in CU. You must clear you 12th with 50% marks. Some cities in India have our branch offices from where you can get your admission by registering yourself with 10,000.

Yes if you will be the student of Chandigarh University obviously you have to pay both tuition and hostel fee separately. Hostel fee is 84000 per year and 70000-80000 above fee for academics or tuition.
