You might get a chance, but it totally depends on the number of seats available and your date of admission so, make sure you get your admission as fast as you can.

Hello Jass,
It's a good fortune of your friend that she got a job. But getting a job only in Chandigarh is possible but could be delayed. It all depends on the situation prevailing when you will pass out after three years. But keeping in mind the fact if India's higher GDP, industrial production is bound to increase and with it the job opportunities.

Hello,
Chandigarh University is a private university established in the year 2012. Unfortunately, students and parents both invariably confuse it with Punjab University in Chandigarh which is government university. The university is offering a combination of integrated 5 year BA LLB courses or simple post graduate LLB also. As per my knowledge, placement opportunities in Chandigarh University is an aponymus concept since only first batch of integrated course would be the one affected. However being a private university, it is making all-out efforts to make the grade on all parameters. Therefore it's ranked quite high in surveys conducted by different magazines. It has a very vibrant placement cell too that will not leave any stone unturned. The result is large companies coming to campus and recruiting many students.
