SMAID offers five courses at UG and PG levels in Architecture, Design and Planning streams. The courses include BArch, BPlan, MPlan, BID and MID. The total tuition fee for SMAID BArch course is INR 4.50 lakh. The fee excludes one-time deposit that candidates need to pay at the time of admission. SMAID admission to Bachelor of Interior Design or BID is based on SMAID Entrance Test conducted by the institute. Additionally, candidates must complete Class 12 with Science stream GroupA, Group AB Commerce stream and Arts as compulsory subject with at least 40% aggregate to apply for BID. Aspirants who have passed NIOS with PCM (Foundation certificate courses, conducted at the institute level) can also apply.
