Placements: About 90% of students are placed in our university. The highest package offered was 50 lakhs, the lowest was 5 lakhs, and the average package is 6-7 lakhs. Top recruiters include Amazon, Infosys, and many more. About 85% of students got internships, and the top roles are data analyst and web developer.
Infrastructure: Our department features modern classrooms equipped with audio-visual technology, smart boards, and comfortable seating arrangements. The hostel facilities are generally well-maintained, offering clean and comfortable rooms with basic amenities. Each room is furnished with essentials such as beds, study tables, and storage spaces. Common areas, including lounges and study rooms, provide spaces for socializing and group work.
Faculty: The faculty members are generally helpful, approachable, and dedicated to student success. Most teachers hold advanced degrees and have relevant industry experience, which enriches their teaching. Highly Qualified Faculty and Industry-Relevant Curriculum Ensure Strong Student Preparedness
Placements: Placements was good in BE CSE course. I am from batch 2022 and batch 2022 placement should be start from year 2025 . But our senior got placed in very good IT companies and Chitkara offers medium package around 5 lakhs and maximum is up to you. Currently highest package in campus placement is about 45 lakhs.
Infrastructure: The campus provides high-speed Wi-Fi access in all academic buildings and common areas, ensuring students can easily connect for research and coursework. The classrooms are spacious and equipped with audio-visual aids, smart boards, and comfortable seating. The hostel provides clean and well-maintained living spaces. Each room is furnished with basic amenities, and common areas are available for socializing and studying.
Faculty: Faculty members are generally very supportive and accessible. Most teachers possess advanced degrees and relevant certifications, bringing a wealth of academic and practical experience to the classroom. The course curriculum is well-structured and reflects current industry trends. It balances theoretical knowledge with practical skills, ensuring students grasp essential concepts.

Best infrastructure and placements .
Placements: College provides lots of opportunities for placements. Companies like HCL, Curefit, Concentrix recruit from our course with an average package of 6 LPA. Students have to score above 7 CGPA to get good placement offers. Internships are also provided in good companies according to the interests of the students.
Infrastructure: Campus is lush green and beautiful. Classrooms are fully ventilated and labs are well-equipped. Hygiene is well maintained in our classes and labs. Food of the mess is also good and reasonable in price. Hostels are located within the campus which is a good thing. Campus life is good overall.
Faculty: Our course is comprehensive and practical. Teachers are friendly and available to help anytime. Industrial visits are also organised regularly in our course. All the teachers are well qualified and skilled in teaching. Exams are not very difficult, textbooks are enough for preparation.
Other: All the festivals are celebrated here.

CHITKARA Himachal Review
Placements: They claim 100 percent placement, but it's not true. I think approximately 60-70 percent get placed. The lowest package is around 3 LPA, and the highest is around 50 LPA. They get placed in companies like Infosys, IBM, Microsoft, Google, Adobe, and many other reputed companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, but the Wi-Fi sometimes does not work well. Some labs are also not good; the library is fine, and other facilities are also good. The hostel is average. The food in the mess is good for 3-4 days. Medical facilities are also available, and there is a club for sports as well.
Faculty: Exams are held every month. Some teachers are good, but most of them only force students to study for exams and focus on the old material, not practical applications. The curriculum is somewhat relevant. In this college, the only thing missing is a coding environment; there are students who are very good, but there's no environment to support that.
Other: I'm doing BE in CSE as I've had an interest in coding. I've been into tech for 5-6 years.

The reality of Chitkara University.
Placements: Around 90% of students were placed. The highest package this year was around 30 LPA and the lowest was around 3 LPA the average package offered is 6 LPA, and the top companies that came here are Adobe, TCS, and Wipro. Around 30% of students got internships in TCS and Wipro, they got roles of senior developed engineer, data analyst etc.
Infrastructure: The whole campus has a Wi-Fi facility and the Physics lab, Basic Electrical Engineering lab, and computer labs are also provided. The faculty is okay they are frank and the hostel is good, The mess food is just okay 3/10 days food quality is the worst. The canteen is not good only Venky is available to eat something you will have to spend a lot. The canteen is the worst.
Faculty: Teachers are Ph.D. levels they teach well, they have subjects like Linux, Cpp, Computer Network, Database Management System, C which is useful in industry, exams are easy to pass even if you will study just 10 days before the exam, the pass percentage is 95%.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in coding I like to make apps and websites that give some value to the world, this course is so practical and is at the industry level, if they remove subjects like MCP and BEE which are not related to coding subject then we will be able to study coding more. Events happen like Algorithm, Gratus, DJ Night, Garba Night etc.

Inside Chitkara University .
Placements: The placement record at Chitkara University is among the best among all private universities. Almost 80% of students get jobs before their final term examinations. The average package is around 8 lakh rupees. This year, the highest package grabbed was by a third-year student at 44 lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: The college provides full-campus 5G Wi-Fi services. The academic block is fully air-conditioned, including all classrooms, labs and the library. The hostel facility could be better and the food quality is just average. The sports curriculum needs improvements. The college has good medical facilities inside the campus itself.
Faculty: The faculty is top-notch at Chitkara University, with most professors being PHDs with years of experience to share with us. The course curriculum is well planned and thought out. The examination level is difficult as the college prioritizes that all students be thorough with all subjects.
Other: I chose this course because I have always been interested in computers, with my main interest going towards artificial intelligence and machine learning. The college offers specialisation in this, which became my main motive to come here. I wish that the college would provide more practical studies and less theoretical ones. The college holds good events throughout the year, with most of them being organised by the clubs inside the college. The clubs offer many extracurricular activities for hostellers.
