Aspire for a career in Psychology? A degree in psychology from abroad can be a specially rewarding career option.
Psychology as a subject has gained momentum over the past few years. With new career opportunities opening in the domestic markets, more and more students are now eyeing universities abroad for a degree in psychology that would help them get the edge. And with good reason.
Psychology as a subject has long been studied and appreciated by universities abroad. While the subject was not given much significance in India, the research in the subject has left a lot to be desired. While the Universities in India are catching up to the demand of young psychologists and opening up the domain, students still look abroad to embellish their qualifications by a stint overseas. So, if you are planning to look at Psychology as a career beyond academia, you must be interested in looking up the courses abroad.
For a Masters program, while in India many universities might simplify and request for a previous degree in psychology, Universities abroad may not be that selective. A bachelors degree in arts or science might make you eligible. This however would vary from program to program and university to university. Often, universities might ask you to write a GRE subject test or clearly mention if a background in sciences or psychology is mandatory. Irrespective, the masters program in Psychology are highly sought after and the students with a broad skill set in social sciences with a strong academic background in science and mathematics have a better chance.

TCS, Infy, PWC, Genpact, KPMG, Accenture, Reliance Jio, Shell, Indus Tower, IBM recruited the students.
Team lead, Sr. consultant, project manager were the roles offered.
Placement coordination is very good, it starts in September.
If the students do not get placed, they have an option to stay in the college hostel and the college helps in placement.
