As you have scored 95.54% in class 12th and 75 percentile in JEE Mains, so you are eligible to participate in the counselling process. But fees will be the same as usual.

Hello, in School of engineering and Technology, CMR University fees structure for CSE (computer science engineering) for the 1st year is 2,20,600(approximately)
and the same fees structure remains till 4th year.

With Nata score of 56.25, it is difficult to enter CMR SOA. But, you may try with your JEE Part 2 results.
