No, you are not eligible for the BA LLB course at CNLU Patna if you have not taken the CLAT exam. The CLAT is a compulsory entrance exam for admission to all 5-year integrated BA LLB (Hons.) programs in India. The minimum qualifying marks for the CLAT are 45% for general category students and 40% for SC/ST students. You have scored 52% in 12th, which is below the minimum qualifying marks for the CLAT.
Even if you were to score above the minimum qualifying marks for the CLAT, you would still not be eligible for admission to the BA LLB (Hons.) program at CNLU Patna if you have not taken the exam. CNLU Patna only accepts students who have taken the CLAT and have been shortlisted based on their performance in the exam.
However, there are other law colleges in India that offer BA LLB (Hons.) programs without requiring students to take the CLAT. These colleges typically have lower admission requirements than CNLU Patna. You can find a list of these colleges on the website of the Bar Council of India.
If you are interested in pursuing a career in law, I recommend that you take the CLAT exam and apply to the best law colleges that you can get into. The CLAT is a competitive exam, but it is possible to score well if you prepare properly. With hard work and dedication, you can achieve your goal of becoming a lawyer.
