Yes, you can apply for the MBA programme at Dayalbagh Educational Institute. As far as your result issues are concerned you need not worry as long as you are expecting the results to be declared by the time the personal interviews would be conducted i.e. somewhere in the middle of June. But do make sure you have all your original documents at the time of registration including all your mark sheets as well, failing to which you shall not be allowed to take admission even if you are selected with a good score.

I'm very much satisfied with the college and the level of studies. The college has a bit of a disciplined environment where much focus is laid on quality studies and even extracurricular activities. They try to keep you indulged in studies and academics so much that you'll hardly get time to think about the rest. They make good use of technology while imparting knowledge to us. Plus we have well learned and highly qualified and experienced bunch of faculty members here. Talking about the level of studies, I think it's par excellence when we compare it to the fees we are paying. It's not just economical but also a privilege to be a part of such a big and esteemed university. When it comes to the environment in specific it is just apt for anyone who is looking for quality education and his\her all-round development. We have many workshops being conducted and also guest lectures from people all around the world who address us and share their bit of experience with us. Even the exam pattern keeps you engaged and in touch with your syllabus entirely. If one is regular you need not even go back and mug up things. I guess this college can be the best choice one can make. Hope you find this information useful.

You just need to fill up the application form and prepare yourself well for the written test first. Your graduation in a different stream won't affect you as long as you have a clear and good explanation as to why from biotechnology to MBA that too in marketing. Ask yourself first what the real reason is and why you wanna do MBA because this shall help you in your personal interview once you clear the written test. Also, prepare well for the group discussion round in which you can take up some current topics or some social issues. All the best for your preparation.

I'm extremely sorry to say that but DEI doesn't reveal their entrance exam questions anywhere be it online or any other such medium. Even after the exam the applicants are not allowed to carry the question papers back with themselves and they need to be returned. That's one of the norms DEI is based upon. But you can prepare for the exam from many other external sources which are free and easy to fetch. You can look for some sample papers too. The criteria and syllabus for the exam is as follows, this might help you for your further preparations :
Written test will have one hundred twenty (120) questions. Out of which ninety (90) questions will judge the aptitude, analytical and comprehension
ability besides critical thinking of the candidates regarding subject concerned, additionally, there will be compulsory section of thirty (30) questions which will include questions on the general awareness (General Knowledge, Indian Culture, Indian Agriculture, etc.)
Hope it helps you. All the best.

The gap shall not affect your admission here but yes you'll be asked to mention it wherever necessary and if they find it obligatory then there's a chance that you might not be permitted.
