Hello Sourav,Yes you can seek lateral admission directly into second year of engineering after completion of your diploma. Normally Haryana government conducts an entrance exam for this purpose called LEET, but this year due to pandemic this exam is not going to be held and admissions will be dependent on the inter-se-merit of students in the qualifying examination that is your diploma examination. For M.Sc (Chemistry) you need B.Sc/B.Sc(Hons) Pass with 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST) with Chemistry as a regular subject at graduation level from a recognized University/Institute.
