It is not possible to get admission in any of the government colleges, you have taken admission in only private colleges. With this rank, it is not possible to get top private colleges. So, you have to decide in which college you want to join.

CSE has more scope then any other branch so I prefer you to go for it as no one cares from which college you had done and above all this your first priority must be your interest.
