{Source: B.Com students & alumni}Effectiveness of Placement Cell for B.Com Courses at Daulat Ram CollegeThe placement cell at Daulat Ram College is considered effective by many students and alumni. Here are some key points:* Good Placements: Around 50-60% of students get placed in companies like Deloitte, EY, KPMG, NIIT, and Decathlon. The highest salary package offered is INR8 LPA, and the average package ranges between INR3-4 LPA.* Active Placement Cell: The placement cell is actively involved in bringing companies to campus for recruitment. It also organizes an internship fair every year with over 50 participating companies.* Multiple Recruiters: Top recruiters include KPMG, Deloitte, ShareKhan, PwC, among others. Many students receive multiple job offers, allowing them to choose the best fit.* Internship Opportunities: Almost all students secure internships, which helps them gain practical experience and build their resume.* Role Offers: Common role offers include audit assistants, accountants, and tax analysts.* Improved Performance: The college has worked to improve the performance of its placement team over the years, resulting in increased placements and higher salaries. However, some students noted that the placement cell's focus may be on getting maximum offers, rather than ensuring suitable placements for all students. In conclusion, the placement cell at Daulat Ram College seems to be effective in securing good placements and internship opportunities for B.Com students. However, individual results may vary, and students should remain proactive in seeking employment opportunities.

{Source: B.Sc. students & alumni}Effectiveness of Placement Cell for B.Sc. Courses at Janki Devi Memorial CollegeBased on the student reviews and feedback, here's an overview of the effectiveness of the placement cell for B.Sc. courses at Janki Devi Memorial College:* Internship Opportunities: While the college does offer paid and unpaid internships to its students, these opportunities seem limited specifically for B.Sc. courses.* Placement Record: Unfortunately, it appears that the college does not provide placements for B.Sc. graduates, leaving students to find jobs and internships on their own.* Career Guidance: Although commerce teachers are said to be cooperative and helpful, there seems to be a lack of career guidance and counseling for B.Sc. students.Overall, while the college may excel in other areas such as infrastructure and academic environment, the placement cell for B.Sc. courses appears to be somewhat lacking in terms of providing internship and employment opportunities for its students.
