{Source: B.Sc. students & alumni}Effectiveness of Placement Cell for B.Sc Programs at Lady Irwin CollegeFrom the reviews collected, it appears that the college does not have a dedicated placement cell specifically for B.Sc programs. However, some students mentioned that faculty members assist in providing references for internships and job opportunities.* No dedicated placement cell for B.Sc programs (multiple reviews)* Faculty members assist in finding internships and job opportunities (some reviews)Overall, while there isn't a centralized placement cell for B.Sc students, faculty members play a role in helping students secure internships and jobs. {Source: MBBS students & alumni}Effectiveness of Placement Cell for MBBS Courses at UCMSBased on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, here's what can be inferred about the effectiveness of the placement cell for MBBS courses at UCMS:* No placements: Unfortunately, the college does not provide direct placements for its MBBS graduates. According to several students, "placements are not provided in a medical college" (Source: Review).* Internship Opportunities: However, the college offers excellent internship opportunities in GTB Hospital, which is considered one of the best hospitals in East Delhi. Interns receive a stipend of INR26,500 per month, making it a valuable experience (Source: Review).* Compulsory Internship: The internship is mandatory for all MBBS students, lasting for a duration of 12 months across India. While the placement cell may not provide direct job placements, the college's emphasis on internship opportunities and hands-on training prepares students for a successful career in the medical field.
