If you're looking for a good chance of getting into SGGSCC for B.Sc at the 75th percentile in CUET, this is relative to the course for which application has actually been made and the cutoff for that particular year. In General, subjects that generally are quite competitive might be B.Sc (Hons) in Mathematics or Computer Science; the higher the cutoff will be with these subjects. The general test becomes a requirement for CUET UG, depending on programme and university specifications. For instance, whether a general test is part of the admission procedure at colleges like BHU, JNU, or DU, it can vary upon certain courses that may count on the general test while others find mainly domain-specific subjects. Also, it is said that BHU usually has a general test tied up with domain-specific papers to bring in students for undergraduate admission. In JNU, a general test is needed for applying multidisciplinary programmes, whereas DU gives CUET benefit according to course applied for. If your programmes are related to Bachelor's degree courses BA and B.Com or other interdisciplinary fields then this becomes necessary.
