The most important point is that DAIICT does't have computer science. The course is ICT- information and communication technology which is sort of combination of ECE and CS and some people can do minors in computational science which is different from computer science. If you speak of the coding world come join DA. I have friends in a couple of colleges you mentioned so according to me your preferential order could be
DAIICT, LNMIT, DTU, VIT, Nirma, Thapar. Hope this helps.

If you are not able to secure admission in DA, NIRMA is also a good choice.

You will need GATE scores to join in M.Tech ICT. So since you haven't written GATE, you cannot apply. Sorry but all the best for your future.

What would be the syllabus for M.Tech ICT? I have almost completed my B.Tech in ICT with distinction.

If you are speaking of DAIICT then the minimum average score you need would be around 160-170. To be more precise, your rank needs to be lesser than 10k to be guaranteed an admission in ICT at DA.

No. You either get through the AIR of Mains which only considers rank and not home state or through ACPC which is possible only for students from Gujarat.
