Hello Nishar Ahmed, this famous agricultural institution is a central university, and as such fees charged are quite low when compared with any other private institutions. It charges almost INR 61,000 per semester for engineering courses and INR 36,000 for all other undergraduate courses. Being a government entity everything charged is with transparent and is known to the students even before they take admission as it is displayed in a downloadable PDF format on its website. What is stated above is the total of different types of fees but it's exclusive of hostel charges. Candidates who pass the exam and are declared eligible for registration and choice filling for online counselling by ICAR will only be considered for allocation of subject and the Agricultural University.
