Admission to DTU or NSUT through JAC Delhi requires you to meet both the JEE Mains cutoff and specific eligibility criteria for Class 12 marks. Here's how it works:Eligibility Criteria:Candidates must have 60% aggregate marks in their Class 12 exams (or equivalent), including Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).Meeting this PCM aggregate is mandatory, even if your JEE Mains score is high.Your Case:If you scored 62% overall in boards but do not meet the PCM aggregate requirement, you would not be eligible for admission to DTU or NSUT, even with a 99 percentile in JEE Mains. However, you can check if you qualify under any relaxation criteria (such as reserved categories) that might lower the PCM aggregate requirement.

DTU (Delhi Technological University) is not a part of Delhi University. It is an independent university. If you're interested in joining DTU, you'll need to prepare for and qualify through JEE Mains.
