IIIT H is the best among all. It is even better than many of the IITs in the case of graduation outcomes on the basis of computer Science. It is primarily focused on IT field. Go for it.

Yes, any student from all over India is eligible to appear in DTU LEET exam
Once on clearing the exam, a separate merit list will be made on the basis of that list top students will get admission in lateral entry program.

For CSE you should better opt for colleges in South as due to availability of good resources and atmosphere. You need to be attached with the IT industry while you are opting for IT/CS.

Hello,
Rather than falling for the name of the college, I would suggest you to chase your passion. Go for that branch where you find your interest, because only in that branch, you will give your 100%. PIE is the lower preferred branch in DTU.
