Yes, you need to appear for JEE Mains exam and clear it. After clearing the exam on the basis of your rank, you will be provided a branch.

Sorry to say but at this rank you won't be able to get CSE in DTU. Seats in DTU is filled up at top 4000 rank.

If you are having a 3 years Diploma, then you can take admission through lateral entry program directly into 2nd year for B.Tech.

You need to score more marks in order to get admission in DTU, like around 60 marks. Hope it helps.
