For B.Tech in computer science in DTU, you must register on JAC Delhi counseling, according to previous years data and estimations, you must score atleast 200-210 marks.

Yes, you can try for Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology. Their eligibility criteria are:
(i) The candidate has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate of three subjects, namely, Physics, Mathematics and any one subject out of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and Technical Vocational subject OR Minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST candidates) marks in a Diploma recognized by AICTE or a state board of technical education of at least 3-year duration.
(ii) The candidate has to secure at least 20% aggregate marks (15% for SC/ST candidates) in JEE (Main)-2018. This clause shall not be applicable for the PGN, GoI, JKM, JK students & N-E students as mentioned at clause 1.3).
Or,
(i) The candidate has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 80% marks (75% for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate of three subjects, namely, Physics, Mathematics and any one subject out of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and Technical Vocational subject.

If you had more than 160 marks the chances are more to get in to DTU. If you score more than this you should apply for DTU 2018 admission.
