No one can confirm the exact cut-off for M.Tech but as you know after COT Pantangar & GEU Dehradun, DIT comes under a good college. So, for that, you will have to work hard.

There is no limit of BE students of salary package. But, just remember one thing highest placement package goes to only CSE & IT students mostly. So prepare & work hard. You will also get good package.
