Hi. B.Tech (Regular) admission is based on a valid score in JEE Main followed by Joint Admission Counselling. DTU conducts its own entrance test named Common Entrance Examination (CEE) to offer admission in B.Tech (Evening) & B.Tech (Lateral) programs. Delhi Technological University (DTU) offers a full-time B.Tech course in 15 specializations. Minimum eligibility for admission is 10+2 (PCM) with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognised board. Final admission is based on the score in JEE Mainfollowed by Joint Admission Counselling (JAC). For JAC, Registration-com-Counselling fee (INR 1400) can be paid from June 23, 2021 (through challan) to June 26, 2021 (online payment). DTU also offers admission to B.Tech (Evening) on the basis of candidates performance in an entrance test. Eligibility criteria.
60% marks in 10+2 in 10+2 marks in aggregate of Physics Chemistry and Mathematics along with English as one of the main subjects from a recognised board. Candidates age should not be more than 25 years on or before October 01. For B.Tech (Lateral), B.Sc. 10% of marks are relaxed for SC/ST category candidates and 5% for OBC candidates.
10% relaxation of marks is also done for PwD candidates and under Defense category 5% marks are relaxed. DTU B.Tech Application Form can be filled online by visiting the official website. Counselling fee (INR 1400) can be paid through Challan or Net Banking. B.Tech (Evening) admission is made under two categories, I. e. , Direct and Sponsored. For B.Tech (Evening) programme, the duly filled application form along with application fee of INR 1000 in the form of DD drawn in favor of Registrar, Delhi Technological University payable at Delhi should reach to Deputy Coordinator (Admin), DTU.
85% seats are reserved for those candidates who have passed their qualifying examination form the school located in Delhi or NCT of Delhi.
15% seats are reserved for the candidates belonging to the school located outside Delhi. One seat in each course is reserved Kashmir Migrants (KM) and Single Girl Child (SG) who are residing in NCT of Delhi. One seat over and above the sanctioned intake is reserved for State/ Central Board Toppers.
