I prefer you when you are looking for who is best college both are best, but you can check his faculty his colleges facilities and his ranking and also who will provide best company after MBA and for other doubt you can go his website.

Yes, you can get admission. I don't think so there will be an issue. There may be some concession in the fees but that will told to you by the college officials directly.

Some of the colleges have 60 while some other have 120. It depends on either you are looking for MBA or PGDM.

CMAT marks above 120 or 60 percentile is good enough for admission in Flame University. Hence, your CMAT score is not enough for getting admission in MBA programs.
