As per the Goa University's rules, the maximum time duration allowed to clear the backlog papers for the five-year integrated B.A. LL.B. Law course is two years from the date of completion of the course. This means that students will have to clear their backlog papers within two years from the date of their fifth year (I. e. the year in which they complete the five-year course). If a student fails to clear the backlog papers within the stipulated time, then they will not be eligible to receive the degree Certificate from the university. Therefore, it is advisable for students to clear their backlog papers as soon as possible to avoid any further delays in completing their degree.
