The B.Sc. in Agriculture programme at GBPUAT is a four-year undergraduate programme. There are 156 spots available for the course. For the GBPUAT B.Sc. in Agriculture, the total tuition cost is INR 1.52 lakh. Students must pay an additional INR 8,880 for a hostel fee and INR 2,500 for a one-time admission charge in addition to their tuition. The entrance requirements for the GBPUAT B.Sc. in Agriculture programme are 50% in the 12th grade. 

GBPUAT offers admission based on entrance exam score for most of the UG, PG and PhD courses. PhD students at GBPUAT are open to fellowship. Two fellowships in each discipline are to be awarded at INR 6,000 per month based on merit to the eligible students admitted in the discipline for 36 months. If the total number of fellowships thus provided are not utilised due to any valid reasons whatsoever, the university shall be free to redistribute the allocation of the vacant fellowship position and award the same to other students who could not be granted fellowship in the first instance due to theaforesaid restriction of two fellowships in each discipline.
