One must look for and find answers to these questions by talking to seniors and alumnis as they have experienced it themselves in there and the data on the internet might be some third party, some outside looking perspective or even outright advertisement, but from what I have heardLife at GSFC University is a blend of academic excellence, practical learning, cultural diversity and social activities. Students at GSFC University get to enjoy the following benefits:A choice-based credit system that allows students to choose their courses and electives according to their interests and career goals., so students can pick for themselves (availability of such subjects is another topic though, and you must look whether they are as per your requirements.)A placement record of around 60%-70% of the students getting placed in various companies like Reliance, GSFC, Nirma, etc. with an average package of 3 Lacs per annum and a the highest package of 7 Lacs per annum, So if you try enough, you can get a good enough placement package and a job etc. With this, I would like to conclude that the experience and stuggles of everyone is unique to some aspect and you might like it more than someone else or might hate it more than someone else, you may have to face different things than others, and so on. so one can never be sure.Best of luck out there

I takes students in various ways for various courses, For BE/Btech They take admission via JEE and GUJCET, both having a certain intake of students which they choose (45% and 55% usually) Similarly they take admissions for MBA via CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT etc. and would have a different cutoff for each. These along with many eligibility criterias for each of the various courses it offers, for Bachelor courses going to about 50% for 12th usually but may vary for one case or another. Similarly many courses don't take admissions via these entrances and may take admission via merit or some other means.

Let’s compare the placement prospects for B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and B.Tech Mechanical Engineering at GSFC University:B.Tech CSE:As the first batch of CSE students, the placement scenario is still unfolding. The Chemical Engineering department has consistently secured decent placements.Mandatory internships per semester focus on practical knowledge and industry requirements.B.Tech Mechanical Engineering:While the mechanical branch has witnessed placements, the Chemical Engineering department appears to have more placements.Companies such as GSFC, Reliance, L&T, Vikrant Auto Suspensions, etc. actively recruit students from both branches.Certainly both have great placement potential but it's too early to say anything now. Let's just wait for everything to unfold.

This answer is subjective and the opinion might change from person to person as per their interests, abilities and preferences. So my opinion may differ from your opinion and both being simultaneously okay in their own right. If you have an interest in Computers, softwares or IT field altogether, CSE might be good for you as that teaches the fundamentals about that.If you have an affinity towards chemistry, There's chemical engineering further going into deeper studies than we have read in earlier schools.Similarly for Mechanical, Civil etc. one's choices might varyEven if you have only though about higher placement package, then you would choose the one with the highest potential to go ahead in that field with a bigger number of packages, and thus have a different preferece. You can pick for yourself from whatever you like
