Hi,
It is sometimes possible to move straight from one university to another, usually in the first few weeks of your first year, or between years if the courses are similar enough. If you've decided this is the right thing for you, these are the steps you need to take (although things might work differently depending on your university.)
Contact the university you want to move to. You need to find out whether they will accept you onto the course. You will need to have your exam results and other information on hand. If you want to transfer during a year, you'll need to get a confirmation from the new university to show to your current university. If you want to transfer between years, you should apply to the new university using UCAS, using the option on the form to select which year of the course you want to start on. Take your offer of a place and talk to your tutor or head of the department to arrange when you will be leaving.

Your GCET percentile is little bit short. The expected GCET percentile for BKSOM is above 98. Hence, your chances are moderate here.

BKSOBM does not provide update on placements at the College website. However, on the basis of information gathered from other sources, the college is maintaining it's placement record and 100 percent of students get placed who opted. A total of 68 students have been opted for placement out of 81. The highest salary package is Rs 7 Lacs, while the average package was INR. 5.06 Lacs. Around 85 percent of the students were placed before March, while they were studying in their 4th semester. Being a Govt college, the fee structure of BKSOM is very reasonable and creates a big difference with other B-Schools.
However, keeping yours CMAT percentile in consideration, The following are the other options as under.
1. JBIMS Mumbai: Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies
2. SIMSREE Mumbai: Sydenham Institute of Management Studies And Research And Entrepreneurship Education
3. Great Lakes Chennai
4. Goa Institute of Management
5. PUMBA: Department of Management Sciences University of Pune
