Banasthali is very good in above mentioned colleges while SRM is the second best option. Considering the biotechnology course, I think SRM will be a better option as SRM's placement is quite good and various companies visit here for placement.

I think that you should go for IPU because in DU, you'll not be able to experience practical things much but in IPU, the practical skills are very good and there is pretty much thing for learning.
