It does not have good market value. If you have a strong will and perform exceptionally well in college only then you should take admission in IPU.
I think DU is far better than IPU.
5 years ago I got 82 percentile in JEE Mains my CBSE marks is 70% I am from Delhi region is I am capable to take admission in Delhi in ipu.
