No, IMS Noida is nowhere close to GGSIPU for courses like BBA and BCA. If you're eligible for admission into IPU then you should definitely take admission into IP. IMS Noida should be your last option for getting admission. IMS is not that bad

Yes,
The eligibility is present, where as there are more colleges in DU which you can try on, else ideally you can do it for most college in Bangalore VTU.
They have good placement and a good distribution of students from across India.

No, IPU colleges provide admission to non maths students! But yes if you have studied IP (Information Practices) or Computer Science in +2 and have an aggregate of more than 50%.
