What is the difficulty level of IPU CET exam?

Speaking of the B.Tech exam in IPU CET, it has a slightly lower level than that of JEE Mains exam. So, if you missed JEE Mains by a small margin, you have a chance of clearing IPU CET.

Yes, there is lateral entry available in GGSIPU. Speaking for B.Tech, diploma or B.Sc holders take direct entry in second year. Entrance test is conducted for admission.

Counselling does not eliminate you from the admission process. It gives classification that upto how much rank a college will take up students. The last rank depends on the number of seats in the university.

I presume, yes. Any diploma holder is eligible for admission, provided he has the required rank in IPU-CET as the university takes entrance test for lateral entry as well.

Yes definitely. You can apply for CAT or MAT exam and if you get through then you can take admission in MBA on provisional basis but you have to produce your mark sheet at the time of admission.

Yes, you will be able to apply to IPU. But don't get stick to IPU. Only apply for other universities also where you can get better colleges than IPU.
