Can I get admission in IPU? I got 104 in NATA, 92% in CBSE and 221 in JEE Mains paper 2.

You will definitely get a seat in Vastukala or MBS. An average of 70 or more is treated as a good score and yours is 92/2 + 104/4 = 72

For the kind of aspirations you have, I would suggest you do BJMC from IPU and then PG from IIMC.
