You have got a decent rank in IPU exam code 130 of biotech. The most reputed college for biotech in IPU is USBT, i.e. University School of Biotechnology. Generally, its cutoff goes from 80-100 rank.

You would have to check on their websites or taking some orientation classes to know how many seats are left. IPU usually accepts people from management quota as well, so you don't have to worry if you don't get your name. The money would work
