I have no idea of eligibility of BTech biotechnology at IPU but being alumni of LPU, I can assure you that you can get admission in BTech biotechnology with minimum of 60% marks in PCB and English and by qualifying LPUNEST exam.
After having a BTech degree from LPU in biotech., students can find jobs in pharmaceutical companies, research labs, and institutions in India. However, most Indian students tend to go abroad to pursue their masters or doctorate studies in Biotechnology and allied fields. Some students also shift to MBA and enter the world of business, finance, and banking as their engineering background gives them the required quantitative skills to excel in these sectors. Also, many students shift to software through on-campus placements.
The LPU Biotech students have a vast scope as they can work in sectors of pharmaceuticals, agriculture, healthcare, food processing, nutrition, animal science, and environmental conservation.
There are many colleges and universities which are providing this course but It will be advisable if you do your degree from a well-known university like LPU and that provides prime placement opportunity, outstanding exposure, and professional enhancement training. Dear Aspirant, I do not know about GGSIPU and NIU. But being alumni of LPU I can say that LPU Jalandhar Punjab is the best university when we talk about the B.Arch programme in India. There are many students who come across the world every year to complete B.Arch programme from LPU. I was also an MBA student in LPU and my friend is studying as a B.Arch student. The Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) for B.Arch is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English and also 60% marks in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics or Pass with 60% in Diploma (any stream) (3 years) recognised by Central/ State government. (with Mathematics) or equivalent, subject to qualifying marks in NATA 2021 or JEE Main (Paper-II) (90 percentile or above) or qualifying marks in any specially designed aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the competent authority of the Central/ State Governments (as/ if allowed by the statutory body for 2021-22). Hi. The eligibility criteria to get admission to B.Sc. Nursing in IPU is that candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics Chemistry and Biology as subjects from a recognised board. Candidates must also have scored minimum 50% aggregate marks as aggregate in Physics Chemistry Biology. Candidates must also have passed in core/elective/functional English in their qualifying exam. Only unmarried female candidates are eligible. Considering the eligibility criteria male candidates are not eligible to pursue B.Sc. Nursing in IPU.
