M. Sc. In zoology in Guru Nanak Dev University is 2 year course with total 60 seats with 15 seats reserved for SC/ST, 6 reserved for OBCs , 3 reserved for Physically Handicapped and 5 reserved for others.
Eligibility: Bachelor of Science in any science subjects (with zoology as one of the subjects) with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate or any other examination recognized equivalent thereto. Admission will be based on merit of the candidate in Entrance examination to be conducted by the University, which is called GNDU CET(Guru Nanak Dev University Common Entrance Test). Usually migration is permitted on a case to case basis within the university itself in the second year. However, migration across institutes after the second year will not be permitted. Kindly check with your current college on the guidelines.
