Yes, there are scholarships for the Scheduled Caste Category students at Gurugram University. The university offers the Post Matric Scholarship Scheme of GOI for the welfare of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste Category. As per letter No.3/44-2012 Sch. (2) dated 18.06.2013 of the Director General Higher Education, Haryana, Panchkula, students, whose parents/guardian income is up to INR 2.50 lakh per annum, are eligible for the scholarship.The scholarship offers students include enrollment/registration, tuition, games, union, library, magazine, Medical Examination, and such other fees compulsorily payable by the student to the institution or University/Board. Refundable deposits like caution money, and security deposits are, however, excluded. For students admitted under this scheme, the application form has to be submitted by the students to the concerned Chairperson/Director of the Department/ Institute.

Under-graduate courses usually call for completing 10+2 from a recognised board while post-graduate programs expect an undergraduate degree in the concerned area.2. Entrance Test: An entrance test is held by Gurugram University for several programs including all post-graduate courses. One should keep visiting the official website about changes in the entrance exam schedule and syllabi. 3. Application Processing: Generally, an online portal would be opened through which he/she could fill in his/her details, upload required documents and pay for application fees. 4. To get admission to the Gurugram University BCom course candidates are required to have a valid qualification: Class 12 examination from Board of School Education, Haryana or of any other Board recognised as equivalent thereto, with a minimum of 45% aggregate (42.75% in case of SC/ST/ Divyang candidates of Haryana only). Qualified candidates must visit the official website and register for the cousre. Further, candidates must fill out the online application form. Ater the application submission candidates are shortlisted based on the qualification and call in for physical the counselling rounds. After the counselling, the department issues a provisional admission letter. The selected candidate has to deposit the Gurugram University BCom fee online within the stipulated time or else his/her seat will be considered vacant and the seat shall be offered to the next candidate.
