No, you can't get admission on the basis of UPSEE scorecard. You have to take admission on the basis of JEE Mains scorecard. HBTU is no longer apart of UPTU since 2017.

It's quite tough to compare to notch colleges. But let me try. Placements in DTU are far better than HBTU. HBTU lacks in proper infrastructure. DTU situated in Delhi has its own way of advantage. DTU has a good reputation. So, I could conclude
