Aeronautical engineering will be more beneficial as it is in regular demand. Aerospace engineering has relatively less scope in India. The only agencies hiring will be ISRO and DRDO. So basically depends on what career you want.

Hello,
Amongst the four institutions that you have mentioned, I feel that you should select from either Jain or Amrita. Even the other two are reasonably well but these two have a better reputation quotient.

Polytechnic Diploma course with the duration of 3 years after 10th or 10+2.
UG degree courses leading to the BE/B.Tech with the duration of 4 years after 10+2 examination.

For aeronautical Hindustan University is way better than SRM. Hindustan is famous for its aeronautical engineering courses all over the India and they have huge infrastructure and equipment to teach aeronautical engineering in the best way.
