It is a Medical Science professional degree. The MBBS programme consists of five years of study in 19 Medical courses, followed by six months of internship.

For admission to DPharm courses at IEC University, it released the merit list based on scores secured in higher senior secondary. However, on the official website of the university, it does mention that the first 100 students will get a special concession in fee (Direct Admission), but it doesn't mention if it applies to DPharm course. It is suggested to know more information regarding direct admission, candidates can directly contact the university either by its official website or by contacting them.

Yes, candidates are allowed to pursue a Diploma in Pharmacy course after completing their BSc degree. However, it's important to note that the transition from a Science-related field like BSc to pharmacy may involve a significant shift in subjects and career focus. The IEC University grants admission through lateral entry to the BPharm course in the third semester. The eligibility criteria to take BPharm lateral admission is candidate must pass in DPharm course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.

IEC University Solan reserves seats for the students, who belong to SC/ ST/ SEBC candidates. Additionally, the university also provides reservations for students from weaker sections of society.
