No, there are more colleges apart from IBS. IBS is one of the colleges for MBA. You can also try for IIMs, Narsee Monji, Symbiosis, Xavier's, IMT, etc.

Yes, you can eligible for this course but you will admission in the 1st year of BBA because both courses are difference. So you will start fresh for BBA.

MBA is a good option after B.Tech. IBS has good placements for B.Tech + MBA. But, there cannot be assurance for this, as it completely depends on personal efforts and hard work.

Still, if you are not good in aptitude you can get good scores in entrance exams. If you practice thoroughly you will definitely get results, if you don't clear the CAT exam, still you can easily score well in the exams like MAH-CET, CMAT, MAT, NMAT.
