No there is no such thing like age to apply for Ph.D. I think there is some poor server's to apply online.

For the MTE-03 paper in the first semester, those who did not study math separately must register. Those who did not take Math as a core subject in intermediate school must, nonetheless, pass the CS-60 exam.

For General Category - 78-61%
For OBC Category - 60-57%
For Physically Handicapped Category - 75-50%
For SC / ST Category - 60-55%. .

Hey there,
As per the details issues on official website for MA in political science from ignou you need only a Bachelor Degree or a higher degree from a recognized University. There is no minimum cut off required.

Of course, you can gain admission to M.Com from a distance but first, you have to complete B.Ed. Complete your second year first and then take admission.
