Hi. Rs 1.12 Lacs for 1 year fee for BBA in LPU. Rs 27,000 for 3 year fee in IGNOU. Rs 3 Lacs for 3 years fee in Symbiosis.

IGNOU has released the Ph.D. entrance exam result for the july session on its official website. So now admission is not possible who had not qualified the entrance exam.

IGNOU is another university and if you are studying in du it will not be a good Idea to shift, but the answer to your question is yes you can apply in IGNOU.

You don't really have to write 12th exam if you possess education qualification of 10+3yr Diploma+ UG degree from an valid University. And yes you can appear in government exam with your qualifications.
