Sorry to say that but with this percentile you can't get any government college. But you can go for private university.

As seen last year, IIIT Delhi implemented a bonus system where a certain number of bonus points will be added as per specific achievements to your percentile score of JEE Mains. For getting CSE, bonus points are required as a person with 6000 AIR, and 2 Bonus points got CSE in IIITD while a person with 600 AIR who was getting CSE in IIIT Hyderabad did not get CSE in IIIT Delhi because of no bonus points. (For, e. g. if you get even 99.95 %ile in JEE Mains, a person with 98percentile but with two bonus points will be evaluated at a score of 100 (98 + 2) and will be placed above the 99.95%iler in the merit list).

With 17200 rank, it's not possible to get into IIT Delhi for General Category Students. With 41200 rank you can get Mechanical Engineering at NIT Delhi and may get Electrical Engineering by CSAB-2.

But if somehow you are not eligible for bonus marks through any of the categories (sports, Olympiad etc. ). Then you need to solely depend on your JEE Mains marks for admission, but you would need atleast 80 marks in Maths + 80% in best of 5 subjects (including PCM) in 12th boards to be eligible for admission.

Based on the JEE Main percentile, The Chances of IIIT-D are very less. While ECE and Electrical specializations can be offers you in DTU.
