2 years ago My JEE Mains 2022 rank is INR 8500. Can I get admission in CSE in IIITD and DTU outside the Delhi category I. e. without the Delhi quota?

Based on the JEE Main percentile, The Chances of IIIT-D are very less. While ECE and Electrical specializations can be offers you in DTU.

No most probably you will not IIIT Delhi.

No you can't get IIIT Delhi as you're not a home state student.

Just make a NCL Certificate of it through any court in Delhi.

3 years ago I got 18252 in JEE Mains 2021 wih ews rank and my crl is 122252 which university will I get with fee reiumbusment.

It's better to join top universities in India. They don't give full reimbursement but they can give up to half.
